Brenda Ann Foley

Brenda Ann Foley, 56, passed peacefully on the morning of September 28, 2022. She was surrounded by a few of her beloved children and grandchildren. Brenda was born and raised in Tamuning, Guam on Dec 20, 1965, to Patricia Duenas and the late Roman Taitingfong. Brenda celebrated nearly 33 years of a happy marriage to her beloved husband Patrick M. Foley. Together with their family, Brenda moved to Bremerton, WA in 1991 and enjoyed 12 years in Washington State. She moved once again in 2003 to Beach Park, IL and then to Peoria in 2007. Brenda dedicated her life and love as the matriarch of her family. She loved to take long road trips to visit family around the country and she was a devoted and caring wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and great grandmother. Brenda is survived by her devoted husband Patrick M. Foley who loves her completely and eternally. Her mother Patricia D. Duenas, Peoria IL. Her father-in laws Patrick R. Ray Taitingfong, Portland, OR. Her children Patsy Rose Taitingfong (Jonathon Chargualaf), Guam. Selinalynn Taitingfong, Peoria. Nikita (Olajuwone) Bond-Taitingfong, Peoria. Kishea Taitingfong, Atlanta, GA. Jamie (Allie) Taitingfong, Guam. Colleen Foley, Peoria. Ryan Foley, Peoria. Patrick S. Foley, Peoria. Cris Foley, Peoria. One reared child Dillon Weekly, Peoria. 19 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and in-laws. In addition to her father and mother-in-law, Brenda was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Estella James, grandson Donovan Leigh Taitingfong, her brother & sister-in-law Roman R. & Mary Q. Taitingfong, her niece Victoria Lynn Calip & Rose Haydon, and her nephew Noah Michael Calip, and her reared son Alijah Sumrell. Arrangements have been entrusted to Schmidt-Haller Burial & Cremation Service. A memorial visitation for Brenda will occur on Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 1-3 PM at Schmidt-Haller Burial & Cremation Service, 1625 Candletree Drive, Suite D, in Peoria.
