John Ross Sandifar, age 65, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at his home in Peoria. He was born to Elmer and Marge (Graves) Sandifar on July 29, 1956. He married Linda Curtis on August 20, 1988 in Peoria. John is survived by his wife Linda of Peoria, children, Anthony (Robyn) Sandifar and Audra Sandifar both of Pekin, step-children, Jamie Auen of Pekin and Dirk Auen of Peoria, siblings, Sharon Zilch of Washington, Steve Sandifar of East Peoria, and Darrell (Jennifer) Sandifar of Pekin, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and brother-in-law James Zilch. In his free time, John enjoyed playing music and watching Cardinals baseball. He was a member of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church. Cremation rites have been accorded and a private family graveside will be held at a later date.
