Victor “Veronica” Antonio Gutierrez, 21, of Peoria passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at home. Veronica was born on November 26, 1998 in Peoria to Eduardo Gutierrez and Lisa A. (Hayes) Vantassel. They survive along with step-father, Alan "Dale" Pratt of Peoria; and siblings, Nicole (Gutierrez) Cisneros, Jose Gutierrez, Eduardo "Eddie" Gutierrez and Ashley Yanez. Veronica attended Peoria High School. Veronica’s passion was video games and keeping up with what was going on in the world through social media. She was a wonderful person, with a huge heart and often worried and asked about others before worrying about herself. She will be greatly missed. Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Schmidt-Haller Burial and Cremation services is handling arrangements.
